By now we have all figured out that our diet is important and that we gain unwanted weight. With living on your own, working and having a social life, your diet is the last thing on your mind.

I have now figured out that the further into your 20’s you go the harder it becomes to loose weight. Eating healthy is an extremely difficult task. You get home after a rough day and the last thing on your mind is healthy food. Well the superhero (me) just flew in to tell you its really not that much effort to control your diet.

Over the past few weeks, I met someone in the same situation. We have teamed up and have discovered that the white elephant in your kitchen, the microwave, is your best friend. It now takes me 5 minutes to prepare a perfectly balanced meal. Super proud!! (Just had to add that in there) Teaming up with someone makes it fun and interesting.

Okay, now I can ramble on about how important your diet is and how you should look after yourself, blah, blah, blah, but we are all human and crave junk from time to time. Junk is fine as long as you dont over do it. Everything in moderation is healthy. For example: 1 glass of red wine a night has incredible health benefits. The entire bottle on the other hand, does not have such incredible health benefits.

Honestly, I do not want to bore you with scientific facts. Instead I just wanted to put it out there that healthy eating is actually super easy and cheap. Next time you visit the supermarket, take your time and look around.
